                   Will set up advertising at Consumer cost.

 

v     Choice 2:  Consumer Cost  $95.00 per hour

                           (Can be used by itself or added to choice #1)

                         

                     Negotiation and Consultation:  Writing and                      

                     negotiating contracts through the closing, (an average   

                     of 12  hours total) which includes attending the  c                      

                     closing. This hourly charge will cap out    

                at 25 hours for sellers and 3% for buyers.                               

 

A co-op fee of 3% is offered to the selling office in the MLS.  Upon the property being sold by a selling office, seller pays co-operative broker the 3% commission (at time of closing) in addition to Benefits-Choice consulting fee and or Choice #1.

 

Upon seller finding a buyer that is not working with a selling broker, then seller can save an additional 3%.

 

Upon Benefits-Choice finding a buyer then Benefits-Choice will be paid the 3% at time of closing but does not charge the hourly rate. If by chance buyer does not close, seller does not owe Benefits-Choice for time spent with that particular buyer.
